Coach Mo Faul, a former healthcare executive, knows firsthand the uphill battle professional women face when striving to climb the corporate ladder. She’s lived through the sexism, the toxic work environments, and the exhausting fight for recognition and promotion—it can feel never-ending.
For years, Coach Mo played by the rules of a game she didn’t design, molding herself to fit a version of success defined by others. In doing so, she pushed aside her true self—her passions, her voice, her soul—all in pursuit of external validation and achievement.
It wasn’t until her breast cancer diagnosis that everything changed. That journey reawakened her connection to what she now calls “soul power”—the deep, unshakable essence of who she truly is, far beyond any job title or organizational hierarchy.
Now, Coach Mo is on a mission to help professional women do the same. She guides them to reclaim their brilliance, their worth, and their Soul Powered potential that’s been buried beneath years of trying to fit in and play small.
Over the past 10 years, Coach Mo has led more than 2,200 women from nearly every industry through her proven transformational method. This isn’t just feel-good inspiration—it’s the missing key that empowers women to break through limiting beliefs, rise above burnout and doubt, and create the career and life they are meant for.
