Romy has been called “The Energy Queen”. She is a transformational trainer and coach, motivational speaker, and yoga teacher. Lauren Dimet Waters — Influencer, Podcaster & Pro-Aging Expert

Aging doesn’t have to be awful—in fact, Lauren Dimet Waters is on a mission to flip the script on aging and prove that women over 50 can look, feel, and live better than ever. She co-founded Fountain of 30 in 2005, a fashion, beauty, health, and lifestyle destination for women who may be “of a certain age,” but still feel (and intend to look) 30. Jennifer Powter is the Founder of SMART Weight Loss and the creator of the SMART Method for Women Over 40, helping successful women with imperfect lives look and feel amazing from the inside out.

She has a Master’s degree in Science, is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist, and a double-certified Health and Life Coach.

Amanda Lamb is a retired veteran television crime reporter with more than three decades of experience. She is now a professional speaker, a podcaster, an author, and a communications specialist.

Amanda owns and operates Stage Might Communications which helps people with everything from content creation to media training to public speaking. In 2024, she launched her first independent podcast which she writes, hosts, produces and edits called AGELESS. The show features the powerful stories of women over fifty who are transforming their lives both professionally and personally. She also speaks at events across the country about this topic—specifically about the possibility of life transformation at any age.

Amanda is an author with thirteen published books including a fictional murder mystery series, three true crime books based on murder cases she covered as a reporter, four memoirs, one about caregiving, three about parenting, and two children’s books. Her latest book, Whispers on the Mountain, is the beginning of what she hopes will be a brand new mystery series.

Meg is an independent Brooklyn based designer in business since 1994. Her goal is to create cool, versatile, comfortable clothing for  working women everywhere. With a focus on functionality , and ease of care, her pieces do the heavy lifting while giving you the feel of wearing your pajamas to work.

Coach Mo Faul, a former healthcare executive, knows firsthand the uphill battle professional women face when striving to climb the corporate ladder. She’s lived through the sexism, the toxic work environments, and the exhausting fight for recognition and promotion—it can feel never-ending.

In June 2022, Darius launched a new photography project called NoStrangers.art, which explores intimacy and connection, by taking photos of strangers on the streets of Toronto and asking them one deep question.

Darius is also the founder of Artist Morning, which is an international community of artists, creators and meditators.
